What does a Career Coach do?

As with any form of consultation, there are many methodologies. The end goals are the same — to find meaningful work, to put you in the most favorable position to negotiate excellent compensation, to enhance your performance, and to maximize your potential for advancement. Sometimes coaching occurs in a large classroom setting. Often it is in small groups. Our preference is for one-on-one. Chances are we have just collaborated on an extensive resume development, and our knowledge of you as both a person and worker makes for an excellent partnership.
